TRAC 75 LOBBY
ALLSTON, MA
Located in Allston, MA, Trac 75 is a luxury apartment building with top notch amenities, appealing to students, young professionals, and beyond . The design and styling of the public gathering spaces was thoughtfully curated to highlight the history of the site, utilize local artists, repurpose site materials, and use natural finishes to create an inviting atmosphere. The site was formerly the Allston Carbarn where Boston's first trolley car took its maiden voyage into the subway. Wallcovering printed with oversize historic photos of the site and surrounding areas are focal points among multiple types of comfortable seating areas for relaxing, working, or being entertained. The client loved the vibe and the homage to the area in the design details and the art selections; upon completion of the project, the owners confirmed their happiness with the compliment, “You nailed it!”
